Businesswomen can individually book onto our mastermind or we can run the programme exclusively for an organisation and tailor the content to the needs and level of your employees.
Transformations are achieved through quarterly retreats, individual coaching, group coaching and collaborative problem-solving, harnessing the collective genius of the group and our expert coaches and speakers.

We meet for a 2-day learning retreat quarterly in January, April, July and October. Monthly individual coaching calls are used to aid momentum and embed the learning outcomes.
We believe that environments deeply affect our thinking. Getting back to nature, being by the sea, being in the countryside and being with a small group of razor-sharp professional women is where the insights flow. We choose locations that are no more than a few hours of travel from Central London but feel like they are worlds away.
